"This shows that industrial transfer has been attached importance to the majority of textile companies in the east." Li Ting said that with the intention to transfer, nearly 60% chose the middle.

In 2002, a questionnaire survey of 105 textile companies in Zhejiang showed that no company considered transferring. In 2009, Li Ting investigated 124 textile enterprises in the east, and only a few companies considered transferring them.
